The coffee cart —
Best for intimate events, indoor venues, and thoughtfully styled gatherings.
Our coffee cart brings the HGCC experience into spaces the trailer cannot reach. Its compact footprint makes it a natural fit for indoor weddings, bridal showers, office gatherings, private parties, and brand events where presentation matters as much as the coffee.
Choose from a curated menu of espresso drinks, cold brew, refreshers, and seasonal selections. Signature drink names can be customized for your couple, company, school, or event theme.
Best for intimate to mid-size events, typically up to 80 guests depending on service flow.

— The Coffee Trailer
Best for larger events, outdoor venues, and
high-volume service.
The Heavenly Grounds trailer is a full mobile coffeehouse built for events that need more capacity, menu flexibility, and a memorable visual centerpiece. It is fully self-contained, including its own equipment and generator, so no venue power hookup is required.
The trailer offers access to our full drink menu, including espresso drinks, drip coffee, cold brew, refreshers, smoothies, seasonal drinks, and our complete flavor lineup. It is well suited for festivals, base events, corporate gatherings, teacher appreciation events, outdoor weddings, and
other large celebrations.

Designed to serve large crowds efficiently while keeping

Packages & Pricing
All packages include a 2-hour service window, setup and teardown, all necessary equipment and supplies, barista service, and travel within a 50-mile radius, round trip. Both packages are delivered by a Sierra Denali as standard, with the option to upgrade to delivery by the 1974 F-250 for an additional fee.

Important Package Details
Packages & Pricing
All package prices are starting rates. Your custom quote reflects guest count, service duration,
travel, staffing, menu selection, venue access, and requested enhancements.
Cash Bar: Includes the mobile setup, service team, and reserved service window. Guests purchase beverages individually.
Open Bar: Includes hosted beverages from the selected event menu during the reserved service window.
- Service & Timing -
Our standard packages include a two-hour service window. Additional time can be added to any booking.
We arrive approximately 30 minutes before service to set up and prepare our equipment. Teardown takes approximately
20–30 minutes after service ends. Please account for both when coordinating venue access.
- Setup, Space & Power -
Coffee Cart: Flexible enough for most indoor or outdoor spaces and compact enough to fit through a standard doorway.
Venue power is required; generator service is available as an add-on.Coffee Trailer: Outdoor-only and fully self-contained, with generator power included. The trailer requires a reasonably
level surface and adequate truck access, such as a suitable driveway or an approximately 10-by-30-foot setup area.
It is ideally displayed with its tow vehicle, but can be detached when needed.
- Service Area & Travel -
We serve Newport, Havelock, Morehead City, Cedar Point, Emerald Isle, Cape Carteret, and surrounding
Crystal Coast and Eastern North Carolina communities.
Standard travel includes up to 50 round-trip miles from Newport, NC. Events beyond that range
are welcome; additional travel fees will be included in your quote.
- Reserving Your Date -
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for spring and fall events.
A 25% booking deposit and a signed service agreement are required to reserve your date.
If Heavenly Grounds Coffee Co. is unable to fulfill a confirmed booking, payments
made will be refunded in accordance with your agreement.
Package Add-ons
Every event is different. Here's what we can add to your package:
Extended Service Time — Keep the bar open longer with additional hourly service.
Travel Beyond 50 Round-Trip Miles — Events outside our included service area are welcome; travel is quoted based on location.
Vintage F-250 Experience — Add a memorable vintage touch with our 1974 F-250, subject to availability and radius.
Generator Service for the Cart — No venue power available? We can provide an approved power solution for the cart.
Custom Drink Menu — Create a signature drink or name a favorite after your couple, company, school, or celebration.
Custom Branding — Add custom cup sleeves featuring your event name, logo, or design. Subject to availability.
