Our coffee journey commenced as a heartfelt dream, fostered by the passion of Abigail. Back in 2017, while on a missionary adventure in Azerbaijan, a vision took root. An idea of crafting a coffee sanctuary, where individuals could connect, build communities, and find solace in a fast-paced world, became her mission. Upon returning to Minnesota, fate led Abigail to a small coffee house. An inner calling urged her to a small coffee shop, and within two days, she was behind the counter, starting her barista journey. Climbing the ranks at Bridge House Coffee over the next two and a half years further kindled her desire to open her own coffee haven.
