Return Policy

Drop-Shipped Products Fulfilled by Printful:

For products fulfilled by our print-on-demand service, Printful, their return policy applies. Please send photographic documentation of the problem to our customer support (hello@heavenlygroundscoffeeco.com) within 14 days of order arrival so that we may submit a claim on your behalf and rectify the situation. Please state in your email the problem and your desired outcome of product replacement or refund.

Please Note that as per the Printful Return Policy:

Returned by Customer - …We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Stickers fulfilled by Heavenly Grounds Coffee Co.:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Heavenly Grounds Coffee Co. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the stickers in your order, please follow these guidelines:

Returns: If you wish to return a sticker product, please contact our customer support (hello@heavenlygroundscoffeeco.com) within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.

Please note that stickers must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with the backer intact. Upon receiving the returned stickers, we will inspect them and issue a refund for the product value. Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, usually equivalent to a single stamp. In the event that a sticker arrives damaged due to the carrier, please provide us with photos documenting the damage, and we will promptly refund you the cost of the product.
