Heavenly Grounds Coffee Co. is a veteran-owned, woman-led mobile coffee trailer serving the Crystal Coast of North Carolina. We hit the road in July 2023 with a mission to bring a truly exceptional coffee experience to Eastern NC — from daily pop-up locations in Havelock and Morehead City to weddings, corporate events, and private parties across the region. We proudly brew with beans locally roasted by The Muse Coffee Company, keeping our focus on fresh, small-batch quality over chain coffee convenience.

We don't have a brick-and-mortar shop, yet! For now we're a mobile coffee trailer, which means we bring the coffee experience directly to you. You can find our weekly schedule on our homepage, Instagram, and Facebook so you always know where we'll be.

Our menu includes espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, cold brew, iced coffee, flavored seasonal drinks, SmartFruit refreshers, smoothies, hot chocolates, and a variety of teas. We also rotate monthly specialty drinks to keep things interesting! Follow us on Instagram to catch new flavors as they drop.

Absolutely. We offer oat milk, almond milk, and other dairy-free alternatives for all espresso and latte drinks. We also have non-coffee options including teas, smoothies, and refreshers for guests who don't drink coffee.

We brew exclusively with beans roasted by The Muse Coffee Company, a local North Carolina roaster. Fresh, small-batch, locally roasted coffee is a core part of what makes our drinks stand out from chain alternatives.

Finding us

We run regular pop-up locations throughout Eastern North Carolina, including Havelock, Newport, Morehead City, Cedar Point, and the surrounding Crystal Coast area. Our current weekly schedule is always posted on our homepage and updated on Instagram and Facebook. We also operate at The Market 1046 (Cedar Point Farmers Market) on select Saturdays.

Yes. Havelock and the Cherry Point area are among our most regular stops. We serve FRC Cherry Point Marines and Contractors and the Havelock community throughout the week. Check our weekly schedule for current days and times.

Yes. We regularly serve Morehead City and Newport areas as part of our Crystal Coast rotation. Follow our schedule on the homepage or social media for exact dates and times each week.

We do serve the greater Crystal Coast region including Emerald Isle and Bogue Banks for pop-up events. For private event bookings in these areas, contact us to discuss availability and travel.

We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weddings and large events during peak season (spring through fall). Popular dates book up quickly. That said, reach out even if your event is coming up soon — we'll always do our best to accommodate.

Yes — Teacher Appreciation events are one of our favorites. We bring our mobile coffee trailer directly to your school so staff can enjoy handcrafted lattes, cold brew, refreshers, and more without leaving campus. It's a simple, meaningful way to treat your teachers and staff to something special. We serve schools throughout Eastern North Carolina, including the Havelock, Newport, and Morehead City areas. Teacher Appreciation Week is a busy time for us, so we recommend booking early in the spring. Yes — you can purchase our whole bean coffee directly from our online shop. Our beans are freshly roasted by Muse Coffee Company so you can enjoy barista-quality coffee at home, shipped anywhere in the US.

Yes. Our online shop carries HGCC branded apparel, mugs, crewnecks, tees, and stickers — all available for nationwide shipping. Every purchase directly supports our small, veteran-owned business on the Crystal Coast.

We do. Our digital gift cards are available in our online shop and make a great gift for birthdays, holidays, military appreciation, or for the coffee lover in your life.

We happily accept cash, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at the trailer. North Carolina sales tax applies to all purchases. For larger events such as Teacher Appreciations or weddings we will even offer the option to send an invoice at the conclusion of the event.
